You agree to inspect Products for defects within five (5) days of receiving shipment and notify us of any defects. Your failure to inspect and notify us of defects within five (5) days of receiving shipment shall result in the Products being deemed irrevocably accepted by you. Should you discover any defect which renders your Products defective or damaged, please notify us within five (5) days of receiving shipment by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The return will be initiated upon receiving this request and shipping instructions will follow. Upon receiving your defective Products, we will inspect it and determine if it is acceptable for replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Orders placed online are only delivered and fulfilled on business days. Business days include Monday - Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays). Allow for 1-2 day processing. Orders are unable to be cancelled or changed once they are in processing status. All orders must be billed and shipped to locations within the United States or United States Territories. Service to P.O. box or rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.
If a package is lost after we ship it, which does occasionally occur, GARA will not be responsible if the tracking information lists the order as “delivered,” which means the courier service delivered the product to the address specified. Please note that GARA is not responsible for errors of USPS or courier services, or if you provide or confirm an incorrect address. It therefore is very important that you ensure that the address you give to us is exactly correct, as any mistake could delay delivery and will entail extra expense to you.
We are currently unable to accept orders that are billed or shipped to destinations outside of the United States or United States Territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We formulate with a multitude of ingredients that some individuals may be sensitive to such as coconut oil, nut oils and so on.
GARA is not liable for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Remember to read our labels and ingredient lists carefully and follow the appropriate directions for use. If you have a specific allergy or sensitivity, do not use ingredients that may trigger a reaction. An allergy patch test is recommended if there is any doubt or history of skin reactions.
