What is face taping?
Face taping is a daily practice where we use gentle adhesive kinesiology tape to influence the muscular and fascial systems of the face. The tape’s micro-cut weave allows it to lift the epidermis, creating space that improves circulation, enhances lymphatic flow, and helps release muscular tension. Over time, the muscles relax and return to balance, resulting in a softer, smoother appearance.

What is supplies do I need?
Our Japanese cotton kinesiology tape is a foundational tool for your daily face taping routine. Soft, breathable, and intentionally designed for the delicate tissues of the face, this tape supports relaxation of overworked muscles while encouraging lift, circulation, and lymphatic flow. Offered as a roll, this tape is meant to be custom cut. For precision and ease, we also offer small sewing scissors.
