It’s official, my books are open for Sculptural Face Lifting!

This practice has opened my heart in ways I could not have imagined. I am in awe of the power of giving — for it too, is receiving. The exchange that happens while I’m engaged in a session is profound. It is a moment of breath, of connection, grounding and the deepest exploration of beauty.

I will forever be grateful to my dear friend Abi for coming into my life and showing me the transformational power of this work. I am so thankful for her wisdom and encouragement as we walk together on this path as SFL practitioners.

I extend my appreciation to the creator of this method Yakov Gershkovich for perfecting and sharing the Sculptural Face Lifting method with the world. He has given women and men an incredible technique to return home to themselves — a talisman we can utilize to walk gracefully into the second half of our lives in an “anti-aging” culture.

It is not my goal to avoid aging, that is after all, impossible. My intention is to deepen the experience of my body, to care for it as the sacred temple of my soul.

To me, SFL is like the monk sweeping the floors of hallowed ground that houses spirit. It is the artist shaping the clay of a divine vessel that holds the elixir of eternal life. It is poetic, spiritual and profoundly nourishing.
