Full Body Massage with Kristen

I first met Kristen at our local farmer's market. Our weekly conversations turned into walks and eventually led to a friendship.

After Paul developed shoulder pain from long days in the garden, I invited Kristen over to work with him. I scheduled a session too, and we were both amazed by the results. Her skillful bodywork and deep understanding of the body not only brought us immediate relief but also helped untangle long-standing issues we had carried for years.

What impressed us most was how she paired her healing touch with practical tools, exercises, and guidance — empowering us to continue the healing process well beyond each session. Kristen’s bodywork combines the fluid, restorative movements of Esalen massage with the structural precision and depth of Tom Myers’s myofascial release. Drawing from years of study with chiropractors, she looks at posture, movement patterns, and daily habits to help clients discover where tension originates. Her sessions invite the body and nervous system back into balance, creating more ease, mobility, and freedom in everyday life.

During a 2-hour session, Kristen helps unwind layers of tightness, encourages healthy circulation, and brings attention to areas of habitual holding. Clients often leave feeling more spacious, grounded, and connected in both body and mind.

Kristen began her journey at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA, where she immersed herself in the art of healing touch. Over the past decade, she has expanded her expertise to include lymphatic massage, myofascial release, prenatal massage, deep tissue, cupping, gua sha, manual muscle testing, and polarity therapy. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Kristen creates sessions tailored to each individual—whether you’re seeking deep release, structural balance, or simply a greater sense of ease.
