A RITUAL WITH ROSEMARY
Join us in the Valley of the Moon, for a day long ritual evoking the spirit of Rosemary through the alchemical processes of distillation and sacred garment dyeing with Emily of Per le Mer. We’ll be sharing a practice refined over 20 years of devotion and experience, honoring and working with the whole plant in deep reverence.
This is a master class in plant alchemy.
Together, we’ll explore the ancient arts of distillation, aromatherapy, and natural perfume. We will journey through the seven stages of plant spirit invocation as an alchemical mirror of the psyche, using all of your senses during a live hydrosol distillation. You will be guided through the full natural dye process, from preparing fibers to extracting color and infusing intention. You will learn how to integrate Rosemary into daily life, awakening her subtle, spiritual intelligence as a lifelong guide for clarity, protection, sensuality, and healing.
We will honorably harvest and explore the energetics of growing Rosemary, and invoke sacred aromatic sensuality and vibrational color work through the dyeing of intimate garments and a freshly distilled hydrosol that you will take home with you.
Rosemary is a goddess linked to Aphrodite, Mary, and Hekate. She opens the heart, sharpens the mind, and protects the soul. She walks with us through thresholds of transformation, bringing clarity, circulation, and sacred memory.
This is a deep and powerful invocation, an immersion into the ancient arts of distillation and color extraction, with Rosemary as our guide.
WHAT TO EXPECT

- Take home a bottle of the Rosemary hydrosol we distill together + a Rosemary dyed piece designed and crafted by Emily of Per Le Mer
- Lunch and refreshments will be served

WHAT TO BRING
- A notebook and pen
- Comfortable layers, we will be on the land enjoying the abundant spring beauty
- We will be serving lunch, please feel free to bring whatever you need to nourish yourself throughout the day
- If you feel called, please bring something as an offering for the alter. We will set a collective intention for the day and if you would like to set a personal intention to share, we welcome your contribution

REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our seasonal offerings, we do not offer refunds for any workshops or in-person events. We are committed to providing comprehensive and valuable content, and our team is always available to address any concerns or questions you may have. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to ensure your experience with GARA is a positive and enriching one.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your appointment or are unable to make it to a workshop that you signed up for, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations for appointments made with visiting practitoners less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to additional charges.
