Face Massage Workshop with Abi Maeve
LEARN THE ART OF SELF FACIAL MASSAGE
What the workshop will include:
- Getting to know YOUR unique facial structure
- Addressing the emotional and physical imbalances that come up in the face
- Addressing 4 common problem areas in the face that lead to faces being unsymmetrical, aged, wrinkled and sagged
- You will learn the anatomic area of skeleton, fascia and muscle the common emotional "issue" of why that facial expression happens on its origin
- We will explore self face massage techniques to release tension and explore facial exercises to help realign and tone
- You will receive a GARA gift bag filled with products to use during face massage
WHAT TO EXPECT
A 30 minute presentation by Abi Maeve Health about the anatomy of the skeleton, fascia and face muscles followed by a hands on demo using GARA Zen Cream, Earth Oil + Hydrosol. You will learn how to perform self facial massage to release tension and encourage lymph drainage. You will also learn facial exercises to strengthen and tone. We will serve tea and snacks.

WHAT TO BRING
- Please come with a clean, make-up free face
- Water, blankets, whatever you need to feel comfortable.
