Developed by Yakov Gershkovich, Sculptural Face Lifting (SFL) is a deeply rejuvenating facial manipulation method that works to systematically tone, lift and revitalize your face and neck. You’ll receive a powerful combination of external sculpting and intraoral technique, designed to ease jaw discomfort, increase lymphatic flow and restore the natural vitality of your face from the inside out.

This treatment addresses muscle tension, stagnation, and emotional holding patterns that are often stored in the face. As I work through each layer of tissue using intentional, rhythmic movements, you’ll feel your muscles relax, your jaw soften, and your facial contours become more defined.

This is not facial; it is a full-body experience of renewal, grounded in somatic awareness and aesthetic care. During your treatment, you will have the option to use our Celluma Pro Plus light therapy mat on the front side of your body. This mat helps to relieve aches and pains or contour your mid section, hips or thighs using infrared and red light. After your 60 minute sculptural face lift, I will place the red light over your face and neck for 15 minutes to amplify your results. You'll leave feeling lifted, lighter, and deeply connected to your life force energy.

What to Expect During Your Session:

• A grounding intake and gentle touch to begin moving the lymphatic system

• Sculptural lifting of the muscles and fascia on the face and neck 

• Intraoral (inside the mouth technique) to release deep-seated tension, especially around the jaw and cheek muscles

• You will experience a range of GARA products throughout your session to nourish and support your mind, body and spirit

• You will be supported by a BioMat, a therapeutic bed that emits far-infrared light, and negative ions to promote deep healing, relaxation and cell rejuvenation

• After your 60 minute SFL treatment, you will lay under the Celluma red light therapy mat for 15 minutes to amplify your results 

• A closing moment of rest and integration at our sanctuary surrounded by bird song, grounding energy and the gentle hum of the creek

After becoming a certified Sculptural Face Lifting practitioner, she has continued her studies in kinesiology face taping, reflexology, and emotional facial mapping. Add on customized kinesiology face taping after your SFL session for $100:

As an optional enhancement to your Sculptural Face Lifting session, you can add customized face taping to amplify your results. Once the lymph is opened and the face has been smoothed during your SFL session, it’s the perfect time to apply face tape. This method works by subtly lifting and separating the dermis from the epidermis, which helps hydrate the superficial fascia, encourages collagen production, and gradually softens static wrinkles. Emilee uses pure cotton Japanese kinesiology tape with a gentle adhesive, designed for comfort and effectiveness. You’ll wear the tape for 3–10 hours, then remove it to reveal an even more refreshed, lifted appearance.

This consistent rhythm allows us to go deep into areas where you naturally hold tension and begin to release and soften the muscles in your face and neck. With regular sessions, you’ll see dramatic results as your features lift and tone and we restore your natural elasticity and vitality. Emilee will help you bring awareness to the areas of emotional and physical stagnation so that you can continue to tone and improve your complexion long after your sessions are complete.

If you’ve recently had Botox or other neuromodulator treatments, please wait at least 60 days before booking a Sculptural Face Lifting session with Emilee. This allows your facial muscles to begin returning to natural movement and ensures the best possible results.
